  • Please wash your lashes with a gentle lash cleanser before your appointment. We also have a lash bath station if you need to clean them here!

  • We kindly ask that no eye makeup be worn on the day of your lash appointment. Any other cosmetics are not a problem.

  • Please do not bring children! This is a liability for us as your eyes will be closed and your children will be unattended. We have chemicals and hot wax etc. in the Studio that could be dangerous for kids.

  • Caffeine causes the eyes to flutter so please try not to drink coffee right before your appointment!

Before Your Appointment

what you need to know

  • Please allow 90 minutes to 2 hours for your first full set application. The refills are quicker, about an hour!

  • Please arrive a few minutes early to allow time for parking and new client intake forms. IF YOU ARE LATE IT WILL CUT INTO YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME. We are typically booked back to back so please be on time for your appointment. Arriving more than 15 minutes late can result in having to reschedule your appointment and incurring a same day cancellation fee.

It Takes Some Time

  • Your Lash Artist will consult with you on the style most suited to your eye shape and guide you in selecting the best look.

  • The process is very gentle and relaxing, you should not experience any discomfort and many clients choose to take a “lash nap”.

  • You will not be able to look at your cell phone during the service, as your eyes need to be completely closed during application for your safety.

During Your Appointment

  • Please schedule your lash appointment strategically as you will not be able to shower, go to the gym or spend a lot of time outside in the humidity/heat for 24 hours after the lashes are applied.

  • We do not offer refunds on any services provided. If you are unhappy with your service we can schedule a complimentary correction within 48 hours.

After Your Appointment


  • Any cancellation and/or rescheduling of your appointment must be done the day before your scheduled appointment.

  • All appointments cancelled and/or rescheduled on the day of your appointment are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

  • All NO SHOWS will be charged a 100% no-show fee.

  • We do not offer refunds on any services provided. If you are unhappy with your service we can schedule a complimentary correction within 48 hours.
